Unprofessional office. Dr. Doesn’t address issues. Must popular response is he has that too. When Complained of back pain, he disregarded, ended up in ER with fractured back. Oxygen low, told to take deep breaths until it went up. Complained of congestion in chest, was told probably sinus drainage, ended up back at ER in hospital with lung infection, needing oxygen and put on medication. Finally 6 months later and several hospital visits and a new Dr. Feeling better!

Dr. Alford is great. He's old school and does a fantastic job. Easy to get an appointment and very efficient after you arrive. However, If you're a overly sensitive, hot house, flower, find another doctor.
