Dr. William Chernoff, MD

Dr. Chernoff bedside manner is top notch, sadly for me it ends there . Neck & face lift, results were disappointing from the beginning, said to wait 1 year to correct. Treated w various treatments which didn't help, head nurse wasn't helpful & actually said the plan that Dr Chernoff started wasn't doing much & she suggested to not follow thru, at first I agreed, when I returned home called ,made appointment to finish. Dr. Chernoff did check injections & 2 years later still have bruising on 1 side. Long story short was treated disrespectful by 2 nurses & injections were horrible, got my records , seen another CS he said couldn't correct as too much neck skin had been removed. Very expensive twenty plus thousand dollar lesson. Still have all pictures. Probably won't post this ,as they didn't post my previous one. Nothing to hide & can back up everything I've stated with pictures.

I was really nervous about having a facelift because I was worried I would look pulled and different. Dr. Chernoff assured me that I would look like myself, just a rested version. I decided to have my facelift with Dr. Chenroff because of his experience and how explained that his surgery is different. Plus, I did not want anyone to know I had surgery. It's been a year since my surgery and I'm really happy I made the decision. The recovery was a little more than I was expecting but it was worth it. Dr. Chenroff and his office staff are best.

Alina is an amazing Cosmetic Professional and like Dr. Chernoff, an aesthetic artist... thnks to her advice, great "bedside" maner and expertise, I look very naturally youthful!

Professional, friendly and caring. Hard to get an appointment for followup appointments within a timely period without pushing for a date. Sometimes long wait times when you arrive up to an hour or more.

Walking into the clinic was greeted by friendly and eager to assist staff. Dr Chernoff took his time explaining the procedure seems very down to earth and extremely qualified. All my questions were answered and I feel very confident with my decision to have surgery with this group.

Skin Cancer removed and checked during healing. Very caring and not rushed when in office. Great directions are given with supplies used for healing skin.

Sam was wonderful. She had a gentle touch, was patient, and took her time with dermaplane and facial. It was all very relaxing. She was also very helpful in explaining different procedures and suggesting options to address particular concerns I have. I will be scheduling regularly with Sam!
