Great Experience
I came for a second opinion. Dr. Feinstein listened to me as I explained my situation. He was professional and courteous. The front desk people were friendly and courteous. I felt I mattered and was listened to.

Excellent Care
Everyone from the front desk, to X-ray techs, assistants, the doctor and the check out desk are top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It is run like a well oiled machine but not robotic like a machine! Dr. Feinstein has a very warm bedside manner and never rushed. I am recovering very well from a broken wrist he has fixed for me. I am very appreciative of the care.

Terrific care for my son’s orthopedic injury
My son broke his wrist in a sports injury out of town. Dr. Feinstein reviewed the case and the imaging from the out of town facility and has provided excellent follow up care. His communication skills with my son have been excellent. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

Everyone, admitting people, nurses, anesthesiologist, CRNA and Dr Feinstein we're excellent. I'm a person who needs to understand as much as I can about a procedure, before, during and after - everyone listened and answered me with knowledge, patience and kindness. It was a great experience.

Dr Feinstein and Manchester Surgical Center
My surgery for carpal tunnel was completed with no issues. Excellent follow up instructions. Post surgery was immediate improvement with no pain during recovery. Dr Feinstein was very informative on what to expect and the support staff at Manchester Medical Center was outstanding. Excellent pre and post surgery care. They were prompt, respectful and put me at ease in prep for surgery.

I wasted a month with a torn thumb ligament. Dr Feinstein does not listen, is quick to jump to conclusions and makes you feel like he just wants your money. He had me come in after 3 weeks in a cast just to tell me to come back in another 3 weeks. I had on a removable cast and he did not even look at my thumb. Saw another dr later in the week. Ultrasound revealed a tear and it was surgically repaired 4 days later and I am finally on the road to recovery. If I hadn’t switched drs I would still be in a cast for another 3 weeks with no resolution. I would never go back to Dr Feinstein for so many reasons

Went in with a problem with my middle finger knuckle where it joins the hand. He immediately said it was "trigger finger". He gave cortisone which made it clear up for about a month. Went back he said: that should have cleared it up for six months. Nope gotta do surgery. So we had surgery... I STILL have the SAME problem with the knuckle. And NOW the finger really HAS Trigger finger in the next joint of the same finger. Nice job Doc! His aftercare is not by the Dr. but a PA. My wife's observation at the pre-op was that he's surgery hungry for the money! Won't go back again. Avoid if possible!

I cannot attest to the quality of Dr. Feinstein as I did not see him. The check-in for the appointment was fine and I have no complaints about the service at that point. My issue was that I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and 1.5 hours after my arrival. At that point, I was informed that there was still a patient ahead of me. The time management of the office was atrocious; and, when I told his assistant that I was leaving, the apology for the delay was only half-h

I first saw Dr. Feinstein 14 yrs. ago for a (B) CTR. I had complete resolution of my symptoms & was completely satisfied. I saw him more recently for removal of a ganglion cyst. I was very impressed w/ my care from start to finish. I only had to wait 1 week for an appointment, received a comprehensive exam including diagnostic testing the same day & he called me w/n an hour of my MRI to discuss options. Surgery was scheduled quickly and was successful. He and his staff are very professional.
