Dr. William Fell, MD

I saw Dr Fell for a painful neck issue that had been going on for months, due to his online ratings all seemed very good…well he must delete bad reviews, because my experience with him was FAR FEOM GOOD. Literally from the time he came into the exam room where my husband and I were, he seemed very angry as if I was wasting his precious time. He is the most intimidating, narcissistic and arrogant Dr I have EVER met. I will warn all other women who have ever been in any type of domestic violent existence in their life, you should DEFINITELY look elsewhere for an ENT Specialist, as you absolutely DO NOT want to have the horrible experience I had due to his intimidating presence. NO PATIENT should EVER be treated in the totally demeaning way I was with him as he made it seem that the actual medical issues I had were “all in my head,” and he made an OUTRAGEOUS accusation as to why my nose had a deviated septum. Not only was I completely insulted and angered by his accusation, but my husband was as angered as well, and believe me, our Family Dr heard about this, and I’ve now warned all my Lubbock friends to look elsewhere for ENT care and to warn their friends too. I was thankful I had ask my husband to accompany me that day. Due to Dr Fell’s behavior, I now ask my husband to go to all new Dr/Specialist appts with me, as I become extremely apprehensive of this type of treatment happening again for no reason. We got referred to a new ENT, and I found out that I do actually have LEGITIMATE medical issues that ARE what’s causing my neck pain and discomfort, and our new Specialist is very caring and working with us to resolve my medical problems.

Dr. Fell immediately spotted my problem which had been missed by others and proceeded to treat it in an outstanding manner. He is quick, to the point and obviously highly experienced in his field. Easily a five star physician.

Dr. Fell was personable, professional and efficient. Highly recommend his services.

My PCP had to refer me because a concern I had with mouth sore and throat. They got me in the same day. Great everything!!

He's said to be a great clinician, however he must be on the Asperger's scale: no empathy or compassion, talks very loudly, does not listen to the patient and is a poor communicator. My ear issues have yet to resolve despite my complaints and concerns. His staff is awesome, though. I pity the folks who have to work for him.

Dr Fell is professional and presents with a caring attitude, staff is pleasant.

I do not recommend. He had a big ego and terrible bedside manners.

Does not listen, thinks cleaning / vacuuming the ears is the answer to all adult ear problems, and has no empathy or bedside manner. As an adult, I would not want him to even touch my child.

Dr. Fell is great. His office staff is rude and the long blonde haired girl (who would not give me her name) lied to me. She said she called to cancel an appointment weeks ago when they actually had NEVER called me. In fact, I even got appointment confirmation emails (which I answered) a couple of days before the appointment and also got directions to the office emailed to me the morning of my appointment. This is certainly NO WAY to treat a patient (customer)!

We found him to be very knowledgeable and caring

The staff was friendly. Dr. Fell explained my situation thoroughly in terms I could understand. I was very satisfied with my appointment.

He cares and is very thorough.

Dr. Fell was an amazing surgeon for my little boy (Age 4). He was friendly and kind. My son had a couple of off topic questions about the tools in the exam room and Dr. Fell showed him the vacuum and water pump etc. The visit was quick and to the point. The surgery went very well and there were no issues for recovery. We have chosen him for the whole family's ENT needs going forward.

They got us in immediately! My daughter was nervous and he was kind to her. I would definitely use him again if ever needed. I highly recommend him!
