Dr. William Ulmer, DO

Dr. Ulmer seems to have a genuine concern in caring for his patients. He is always pleasant to speak with and gets to the root of the problem.

My visit was due to a knee surgery I had 5 months ago. I still have a lot of swelling and pain. I had a cortisone shot that didn’t help. I have fluid all around my knee and cannot kneel with it and have weakness. He didn’t check my knee at all. I’ve been in for checkups only to be told it takes time. He did suggest 2 options for me. But no suggestions for what I can do in the meantime. No physical therapy or doing anything about the fluid in and around my knee. His nurse is to be looking into different gel injections for my knee and then get back to me. So far I haven’t heard anything. I’m very frustrated at this point since I’m still having a lot of discomfort. Knee replacement surgery was suggested for in the future.

My whole existence with oss and Dr Ulmer was a positive experience from my first appointment through surgery and post op. I was given all information and chose surgery . Everything went well without any issues. I would recommend Dr Ulmer to everyone.
