Insist on another provider in the office
He is very unprofessional. Made comments about other patients in our presence. He has always been rude and off putting but when I realized he actually hates what he does, go elsewhere or to another provider in the practice. He does not have your childs best interest at heart.

Run run run and find a new provider.
This arrogant, disrespectful, excuse for a medical provider refuses to listen to your actual symptoms all while blaming everything on sleep apnea. He should be a spokes person for the cpap companies. He was useless!! His bed side manor was pathetic and he made my child cry on more than one occasion. Ballad Health get rid of him!! He wasn’t even worth one star!!!!

It never got better!
We gave him the benefit of the doubt. He is rude and condescending. We could handle that had he helped my daughter. It’s very frustrating just changing meds all of the time. We asked about genetic testing, blood work, other options and he wasn’t helpful. I felt like crying every time we left his office. Maybe one day JC will be able to keep a decent Pediatric Neurologist. Now, we have to travel for care.

Dr. Anderson was extremely rude and unprofessional, he kept telling me everything i’m doing is wrong, he had nothing but bad things to say about my sons other doctors and he is extremely unhappy to be in East Tennessee at Ballad Health. My son has many conditions, many things wrong with him, you would think someone in this field would be a little more kind and compassionate, a little more professional but he was not. He said “there are many downfalls to being here” talking about being at this doctors office, that alone raised many red flags to me. I have never had a doctor like this, i have had some that are straight forward and don’t sugar things, which i honestly prefer but this was not the case with him. Find another doctor don’t take your child to see him.

I appreciate Dr. Anderson for being honest and straight, taking ample time to explain details and answering my question of " what would you do if this was your son." so straight forward and to the point. I trust him without any hesitation to get us to the next steps.

Dr. Anderson worked quickly to resolve my pre-teens issues! He communicate greatly with my pre-teen and with me! Iwas amazed at how caring he was! My child enjoyed talking with him; even during the scolding! I as a parent highly recommend him!!!

I think Dr. Anderson was fantastic . When we called he answered . When we were lost he helped us . He was the only one to truly check out my daughter and not just assume she is autistic . Everyone else in Huntsville diagnosed her with asperges when really she was having seizures and was OCD . So thank you for working with our family on days and times . And answering any problems or questions we had .

Very mixed emotions, but becoming more frustrating by the minute. It seems that they will not give you any type of assistance over the phone. Always must go into the office for an office visit. Sometimes feel as though we are a burden when we go in. Do not cater to working families with the times they are open.
