He did a wonderful reconstructive hand surgery on my son he save my sons hand ..best surgery doctor

I would keep away from Dr.Kadesky as he is very unprofessional and manipulative. I had an accident and had a tip of my thumb bitten off. I met Dr.Kadesky at the emergency room of Palomar Hospital, where he performed the surgery on my thumb and prescribed antibiotic. The antibiotic he prescribed didn't work, as a result I had to go to emergency room and was admitted to the hospital where I met Dr.Kadesky again. He ordered MRI but didn't even look at it, and after learning that I had a good insurance informed me that I needed another surgery to have my thumb completely amputated, as he said I had bone inflammation. He threatened that if I doubt his opinion and refuse the surgery he will throw me out, and will write in my medical records that I am a difficult patient, and no doctor will want to help me, and all my arm will need to be amputated. I refused, later 2 different surgeons told me no surgery was needed. My thumb healed fine; I am happy that I didn't believe Dr.Kadesky.

He explains everything so throughly, always has a positive attitude, makes you feel important and is always excited about his patient's recovery/results. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great plastic surgeon.

Dr Kadesky is one of a kind! Kind and caring and a great surgeon. I recently had a skin cancer removed and it went off without a hitch and I will have a minimal scar. He called me himself the next day to check on me. Has plenty of time to discuss your needs answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. Ill be back. Thank you Dr Kadesky!!

I had the pleasure of being worked on by Dr. Kadesky and couldn't be happier. Start to finish he made sure I was taken care of and the staff was so amazingly nice. They're like a second family and I've gotten so many positive complements and refer them to him. I'm so lucky to have found this office! Keep up the great work!

If you had to think of what makes an excellent Doctor then you would think of Dr. Yale Kadesky. He is excellent at his trade and his people skills and very professional. He takes the time to listen to all your questions and concerns, he explains everything to you to make sure you are confident with your decision. Right away you feel like he's an old friend. I wish he could be my doctor fior everything. He is a gem.

I went to Dr. Kadesky for a simple procedure. He is a wonderful surgeon as well as a very caring person. You NEVER feel rushed.He takes his time with all his patients and has even helped me by referring me to other specialists. He is available 24 hours a day and will even give you his cell phone number. I wish he could be my doctor for everything as he is genuinely concerned about all his patients. His staff Shellie, Azalea & Linda are always friendly,professional & go that extra mile for you!
