Mishandles referrals. I had specialist appointments canceled several times because the GP never sent referrals. Refuses to refill medications. Extremely high pricing for a physical even with insurance. Some parts of a blood test were covered, some weren't, etc. Terrible overall experience. Forced me to switch GPs.

I use to see her & am going back to her. She is very knowledgeable & cares about her patients.

My experience with Dr Ahmed is that she was very attentive and responsive to questions. I felt comfortable with her care.

On my first visit in early 2022, front staff checked me in and then later had me sitting and waiting in the visitor's room while a back office staff person came out to confirm that I had been checked out as the front staff indicated while checking me in. Luckily the error was caught. How do you check in a new patient and then mark them as checked out???!!!! Then after meeting with Dr. Ahmed, I later had the hardest time with follow up phone calls I made with no call back from either her or her staff while they lied to an administrator who I called to complain to and then ultimately that administrator stopped communicating with me after pretending to be sincerely concerned about the communication difficulty I was having. So, the whole medical center is just ghetto and unprofessional and I happily moved on to an establishment of higher quality that I am accustomed to. Don't waste your time if you are used to high quality professionalism. Grace Medical Center and Ahmed are far from that!

My whole family used to see Dr. Ahmed in her private practice. She is very knowledgeable and really listens to her patients. She tells you about different options for treatments which I really appreciate. I did not want to come to the Bon Secour office because it is not convenient for me but after trying two other health care providers, I decided it was worth the trip. She is great! The office staff is wonderful when you are visiting but it is sometimes not easy to get them on the phone.
