I'm sure the Doctor is good but.......
I'm sure the Doctor is good but you can't reach the staff. I tried calling 6 times from 11 -2 and you can tell someone picks up but puts you back on hold and never comes back to help you. There is no place to leave a voicemail so I went ahead and moved on to another doctor. If I had an emergency this would not be the practice I would want to be waiting on

An A doctor with an F support staff. Possibly a Medicaid Medicare Mill. RUN don't walk from this practice. You deserve better.

Almost 2 mnths wait to get an apppointment
The Dr is nice, but when I tried to make an appointment today, earliest available I was given is 4-24-24, that is over 1.5 months from today and I am an existing patient. Sorry, if you are that busy, you do not need me. Changed my provider and got a next day apt with a new Dr.

She has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. My Dr. wasn't available at the time I saw this woman. I Will NEVER schedule an appointment with her again. She does not listen to her patients and is extremely rude!

Recommend Dr. Elena Bedard
For 10 years, I Anatoly and my wife Anzhela Rabinsky have been patients of Dr. Elena Bedard During this time, we have only a good opinion of Dr. Bedard. She is very responsible with her patients. She will always listen and prescribe the right treatment and always choose a good specialist such as kidney or urology. I recommend everyone to contact Dr. Bedard.

Extremely not satisfied with the doctor calling back my husband with his results - called office several times - got a lot of run around and promises and 2 weeks later and several more phone call still no results. We also know he needs new meds and they still don't call. Not happy

I would never recommend Dr. Bedard to anyone would would like a knowledgeable Doctor who truly care for their patients. I asked for further explanation on a condition I had and she told me " i could find further information on my condition on my internet". Horrible Doctor!

I think Dr Bedard might be a good doctor, Her staff is horrible! they leave you on hold for over 40 minutes, they pick up the phone and put you back on hold without any consideration. When finally some body picks up the phone they are dismissive, and answer in short sentences with an attitude that shows no consideration of the time spent on hold or what the condition is. I'll never go back there. they need to reevaluate their staff and CS skills, which are NONE.

Would only go to this practice as a last resort. The front office staff is unprofessional. No matter what time of day you call, you're guaranteed a hold time of at least 30 minutes. Wait time in the office is at least and hour. The PPD screening was measured incorrectly, they didn't draw enough blood to complete my blood work so I was forced to come back which delayed my results...all things I needed to have done in a certain time frame for my employers.

I am so happy to have Dr. Bedard as my Primary Care Physician. She is so caring and has wonderful bedside manners. She is very thorough and follows up to make sure you are feeling better.
