Excellent staff and Doctor
This office is wonderful! Kim, Zach, and Cole, his staff, are extremely helpful and efficient with communicating and handling insurance matters. It can be difficult finding a pain management center that is kind and willing to help in a timely manner. You would think that there are at least 10 people on staff with how much they are able to stay on top of things. Dr. Wassef is also so polite and determined to make comfort and care a top priority!

Wonderful Doctor!
Dr Wassef is the most kind, caring doctor I've ever had. He listens and is always helpful. His office is always busy and sometimes the wait is long but his care is always worth the wait. His office staff are friendly and helpful as well.

An answer to our prayers
Dr. Wassef gave my teenage daughter the hope of walking again after a major accident. We ran into dead end after dead end until we were referred to Dr. Wassef. He is so very thorough! He came right up with a course of action, and just two days after our first visit, her mental and physical health have taken a very positive turn. Thank you, Dr. Wassef

He is a wonderful caring Dr. My 85 year old husband has been seeing him for about 7 years. He has my husband's pain managed amazingly. I recommend to people who are looking for pain relief that works and not just meds to get high on. He and his staff are great, kind, caring, and truly concerned people with huge hearts. If someone doesn't like him it's not the Dr. I'm speaking from years of experience.

I was treated like I was some sort of a criminal from the very start! His nurse, Joyce, tried to catch me in a lie, cross-referencing my records with what I wrote on the intake forms, particularly my prior surgeries. I forgot I had a skin cancer removed in a doctor's office some years ago. Their form asked for current medications I take. Endocet IS oxycodone, yet, she flipped when she found it in my pee test. I have Aplastic Anemia, a form of bone marrow cancer. She made fun of me by telling me one 'can't live without bone marrow' - I literally have only 1% of bone marrow I should have! Sure didn't need to hear that! It's as though she didn't believe me! The doctor decided to diagnose me, after only two visits, with fibromyalgia, in spite of three specialists prior diagnosis. I'll curl up and die before I go back there!

One of the few doctors who takes the time to make sure I get treated the best way possible. Wouldn’t be able to go to work/hardly walk if it wasn’t for him

He's not the type of doctor who will write a scrip just because of an issue , he throughly makes sure you indeed pain. He's one of those doctors that is interested in rehabilitation of core & strengtg trainer rather than just a pill or patch to resolve a problem as he looks for the long term use of medications and habit forming problems that are associated with medicine , he is a doctor that I trust and throughly believes in rehabilitation services over writing scripts, a U/a is preformed

I've been seeing Dr Wassef for a while now. He's one of the finest doctors I've had since trying to recover from multiple pain issues with a number of hip replacements and lower back problems. Thanks to him I'm able to do a lot of the things that I couldn't do before seeing him. I'm very thankful to him and he has been extremely helpful to me. I can't say enough positive things about him. Thank you Dr. Wassef.
