Dr Tsai has been my doctor since she first started out. She is caring and shows compassion and is an expert as a family medicine physician. She goes the extra mile to solve your medical problems and is excellent at diagnostics.

I love this doctor. She listens and works hard to provide a good solution. She is kind and caring too. She is busy, but you wouldn't know it when she comes in the room to take care of you. I've been going to her for many years now and followed her when she moved twice. She is a great doctor!

I love Dr Tsai however since she moved her office, it has been impossible to be seen by her. I have called several times for an urgent appointment in a year and each time I either wasn't able to schedule, she was on vacation and she doesn't like her partners seeing her patients. Ridiculous! Outside of that Dr. Tsai is very personable and friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tsai's, since 2012 after my doctor retired. She has been an amazing primary care physician. She takes time to listen to my concerns, is very comforting, and makes visits personal. She never talks at me or speaks in a way to make her unapproachable.
