Amy is always very available when needed, whether through text message, email etc. She is very caring and comfortable to be around. Amy treats me with respect, compassion and never makes me feel like a "patient." She makes me feel more like a friend having a conversation rather than a therapy session. I highly recommend her!

Amy does not return phone calls. Tried contacting her for 3 days straight and her voicemail was full. Gave up because I was unavailable to be seen for the next few weeks. Tried again when I became available, and left her multiple messages over a weeks time... on her office number, as well as the "urgent" line, as I became desperate for an appointment while waiting for a return phone call. I basically begged her to return my phone call, and still nothing. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
