Pam is an Exceptional Therapist
I have been seeing Pam regularly since 2018. She has been hands down the best therapist I have ever had. Pam has helped tremendously in my healing from Complex PTSD. She has helped me understand and empower myself to make real changes in my life. Pam always has the best feedback "nuggets" that have stuck with me over the years. She has unique ideas on how to approach or do things and anytime I've taken action on what she suggested, it has been extremely helpful. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today if it weren't for having Pam as my therapist.

Wonderfully supportive
I have been a client of Pam's for 15 years. She has supported me through a divorce, a trajic family death, and my unexpected brain surgery last year. She has helped me with depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I am mentally healthy today because of Pam's understanding, compassion, and generosity in teaching helpful skills. I have am so grateful for her and highly recommend her. I have had many therapists prior to Pam and she is by far the best!
