I have brought my child to see this Nurse Practitioner several times. She always spends a lot of time with us and makes my child feel at ease. She offers great explanations and never talks down to her patients. She always returns my calls and responds quickly to messages sent to her via my-chart. I am not a huge fan of Carilion choosing to use a call center to reach the ENT office but that little inconvenience is worth it if you get to have her care for your children. She is awesome!

I have tried to contact Ferguson for a month now. My child was supposed to have a procedure done. Every time I would contact the ENT department to get some more information about his procedure no one would contact me back. I left several messages with Rhonda, Angela Ferguson as well a male nurse practitioner. When I couldn't get in touch with anyone a nurse advised me to do my own research so I did. An I still had questions. None of my questions was never answer nor did I ever get a call back from anyone concerning my questions. This did not put my mind at ease. I didn't know how long his procedure would be, how was the procedure done nothing, did I have to take off from work after the procedure, was the procedure life threatening. None of my concerns never got answered. So I cancelled my appointment. An will try Duke or Baptist in NC.
