One of the worst medical professionals I have ever been to. No bedside manner. Did not let me even get through 20 seconds of my medical history before denying me medication. Not a listener just waiting her turn to speak.

Personable and attentive
I met Ansley Winter during a dark time in my life. With the loss of my brother, Covid 19, and numerous other unfavorable situations, she sat and listened intently and offered sound medical advise. She provided me with medication that made a huge difference in a short amount of time. I appreciated her thoughtful manner when I shared my cancer diagnosis with her. I look forward to her being my primary for years to come.

One of the best professionals in the business. She is knowledgable, comprehensive and compassionate. Ansley takes the time to listen to her patients and works diligently to meet health needs with grace and calm. I would trust her with the entirety of my family's care.

On July 29, 2020 my husband had his labs performed and the results sent to Saint Mary’s Integrative Health, and his nurse practitioner, Ansley Winter. The office called and left a message on his cell phone that his PSA was elevated and told him to call. He called back, but no one returned his call. He tried several other times, but no luck. He figured that everything must be okay because they did not return his call. We did not receive a copy of the lab report. In March he went to a new physician who ran his PSA levels and it was discovered that his level was 120. It was later determined that his July 29 levels were 12. In seven months the cancer metastasized due to Ms. Winter's gross negligence. Ms. Winter had an affirmative obligation to ensure that he received his results in a timely manner and there is no valid excuse for her failure not to do so. As a result of her complete incompetence, he is undergoing aggressive cancer treatment. She should not be practicing. I

Ansley is such a great provider. The first day I went into her office I went having extreme anxiety. In and out of ERs and no other diagnosis other than anxiety. She got me on board with conservative treatment because I did not want to take anxiety medications. She respected my decision and guided me with the therapist that a year and a half later I am feeling 90% better with no medication. For that I will be forever grateful. She changed my life in a good way.

I tried to get in to see her. I was told she’d have to decide whether or not to take me as a patient and that it might be 1-2 weeks for an answer. Almost three weeks later, they’ve never called back. Waited on hold over ten minutes, twice, trying to call and see if they had an answer. If she’s this hard to just get in to see her, I don’t want her as a provider.

Ansley Winters will treat you as if you are a drug addict right from the jump. I first visited her because I had extreme back pains. On top of having a 4 month old son and starting a new job at a software company, I was very miserable. Basically she took all of my "misery" as if I were a liar, and said lets take a "minimalist approach." What about my situation screamed "minimalist"? It's easy for her to take a minimalist approach when she doesn't have to copay when its not enough.
