I haven't been to an ob/gyn in over 2-1/2 years. I decided I should make an appointment (even in the middle of a pandemic) and booked one here with Arian Hilsendager, NP on October 20th. She did my basic exam and when she did a breast exam, she felt a small lump. Having never seen me before, she recommended I get a mammogram. To make a long story short, I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and the Doctors at the imaging clinic where I had the mammogram done were surprised that she felt a lump so small!!! So she literally saved my life!!!!! If she hadn't felt it, it's hard for me to even feel it sometimes, then I probably wouldn't have gone for my yearly for another couple years and then it would be too late. Fortunately I'm in the very early stages thanks to her!! She is amazing and I will be forever grateful to her and the thoroughness and professionalism which she has shown. She even called me the other day to follow up and offered to help with whatever I needed!!
