Exceptional Dr. and Staff
Was looking around for a pediatric ophthalmologist. There are very few in SWFl but another optometrist had recommended I take my 5yr old to see Dr. Middaugh and I am so glad I did! Staff were kind, friendly and professional. Dr. Middaugh displayed the same characteristics and service was exceptional. My 5yr old was comfortable and he did great explaining things to her. Would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Middaugh is exceptional
This was my first visit with Dr. Middaugh. He made me feel very comfortable and and I was very impressed with his knowledge and updated instruments. He took time to explain each part of the exam. He completely gained my confidence with his thoroughness not only as an optometrist but generally as a kind, caring person. The office staff is wonderful from the front office to the back office and especially Jeff the optician. I am so glad I found this office!

Excellent Optometrist
Dr. Middaugh was very thorough and took his time during my comprehensive eye exam. He has modern equipment for low vision patients. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and look forward to receiving my new eyeglasses and being able to see clearly again.

Dr. Middaugh is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, and gentle. He makes you feel welcome. He takes care of our whole family, He makes sure you are comfortable with diagnosis, and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your contacts or glasses. Years ago, my son had a bug in his eye, and Dr. Middaugh saw him right away, and was able to remove the bug. That just shows you that he will go to any length to help when needed. Please come and see for yourself! Staff is amazing as well.
