I can not speak highly enough of the provider, Brandy Thomas, CNM. She took her time listening to my long list of concerns in the most patient and non-judgemental way possible. She never once made me feel guilty or bad about myself like my previous Obstetrics provider. I felt so much relief after my visit with her. She should be recognized for her bedside manner and high-quality of care. She involved me in my treatment and explained everything in a reassuring manner. When the nurse (who was also excellent) was unsure about finding a vein to draw blood from Ms. Thomas, CNM, took amble time performing it personally. I never felt rushed or judged. Additionally, I was given patient education that was easy to understand, where no question was a "stupid question". She was outstanding. I hope to have the opportunity to make sure she's recognized for her work just like she spent her time helping me. Highly-Recommend this provider.
