I am a home health nurse who was waiting on coverage at work to get to my appointment and they said it’s OK you have a 15 minute window. I get there at 9:15 exactly within the window and Debra Harmon refused to see me. Instead of her coming out to talk to me she sent her nurse. Completely unprofessional. I drove 45 min for my appointment and was told over the phone “that’s ok you have 15 from the time of your appointment”. I understand each appointment is 30 minutes and the nurse said well we have to draw labs. I offered to have them send the labs out to another facility where I could go and have them drawn to save time. Still refused. Never in all of my years of nursing would I have done this to a patient. There was absolutely no compassion. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this provider.
