Impatient when Parents has questions

Bed side manners were beyond terrible! I had great concerns for my child's well being and she blew me off and told me she can't answer any questions because she has patients 'waiting'. Meanwhile we waited for over 20 minutes to be seen. She was also very quick to give a diagnosis to my child after seeing him for only 5 minutes. Very unsettling that she is willing to stand behind this as a Nurse Practitioner. I can't believe she actually has a license!
