My son uses a med only covered as generic. For two weeks my husband called and spoke to her explaining that it must be prescribed explicitly as generic. multiple times she resent the prescription as the brand. I went in person to clarify the situation. As a nurse myself, I know that sometimes a phone call is required to clarify an order that’s been sent electronically. Not only did she refuse to make the call, she insisted that she had done it correctly. And she behaved as if she was doing me a huge favor saying “I’m on call” and calling me “childish” and calling for the director of the practice. He came, I explained the situation ( during which time she said I was yelling at her because the computer was slow-never happened). He asked me to sit then came back and said it was done. I asked him to call and he said he had done so. The one thing I had asked for. Then he agreed it was not unreasonable to ask for this. No aplology or acknowledgement for delay in treatment this caused. Awful

She really listens to the patient and forms a bond with them. I have seen multiple doctors at this facility but she really is there for you!!
