Ellen Regal, NP

After 30 plus years with a doctor in Guilderland that I loved, he retired and I transferred to Ellen Regal NP. My first annual appointment with her was beyond my expectations. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, personable and a pleasure to deal with. She thoroughly explained everything and was attentive to my questions and concerns. I am so thrilled to have found such a wonderful provider again.

I have seen Ellen Regal several times over the years. I have always found that she listens to what I have to say, is understanding and compassionate and her diagnosis and treatments have been effective.

My husband and I have both seen Ellen a number of times. She is caring and compassionate and listens to and answers all our concerns. She has been spot on with her diagnoses and follows up very quickly when additional tests or examinations are needed. We couldn't ask for better care.

My Wife and I see Ellen on regular basis and find her to be one of the best caregivers at this practice she listens to our concerns and has been spot on as far as her diagnosis.

She is always available which should be a red flag. It’s difficult to make an appointment with your own physician in this practice even though there are quite a few. Ellen is always available. Often, she doesn’t seem familiar with the reason she is returning a call or is seeing the patient. This is despite the details they require you to provide on forms; such as why are you here today or describe the issue. How about checking the medical records and patient history forms? The last straw was when she recommended an over the counter drug for what was actually a surgical emergency.
