Very nice and easy to talk with. Spent they tiem to answering any questions that i had. Was a little shy on the exam side did not look over EVERY PART of your skin. but other than that was very pleasant would go back. Easy to set up appointments and didn't have to wait very long in the waiting or exam room.

Emily Brewer is the best health care practitioner I have ever been to in my life. She is empathetic, compassionate, and great at her job. I have seen her through the years for a number of reasons but at the beginning of this year went back to deal with some bumps on my hands and legs. By dermatologists in Cookeville, TN they were misdiagnosed. She did a biopsy and correctly diagnosed me with a skin autoimmune disease. I had been dealing with other symptoms related to another autoimmune disease and expressed concern over them to her. (I had these symptoms for about a year and was essentially dismissed by 3 doctors.) She actually listened to me and ordered my labs immediately and got me a referral to an endocrinologist in town. Now both of my autoimmune diseases are being treated properly and I am feeling better than ever. I cannot say enough great things about them. She really does go above and beyond for her patients.

the office visit was terrible, she was in the room with me maybe 4 minutes and billed my insurance for something she did not do, and when I called the billing office and left a message the office manager called me back and said I take that charge off this one time but it won't happen again like it was my fault they charged something they did not do.

Emily is very knowledgable and caring. She spends a solid amount of time to answer my questions and address concerns. I can usually get an appointment within a week. Do note, the office staff is atrocious at this practice. They never pick up their phones, usually take a day to respond to calls, and are generally unfriendly. It doesn't reflect on the doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses though - they all are wonderful. Especially Emily.
