I see Evelyn Martindale for my cardiology appointments and follow ups. She is always upbeat. Concerned with my continued recovery and stability of my conditions. She always takes into any other conditions that I have and how her treatments affects them. This gives continuity of my care. She takes her time with me. She goes over all test, the information received by my heart monitoring and pacemaker. She looks at labs from other providers along with their recommendations. Ifeel confident In her and her care. I am treated as one of the team not just a number. I appreciate and trust her whole-heartedly. I am Blessed to be her patient!

To whom it may concern. I have a heart condition, every single person on my heart team. The 4th floor including I the receptionist are professional and courteous . Maybe I'm easy, but I have come to expect. Nothing but kind people who do their job efficiently. And if I have any concerns. I am heard. And they are addressed .Can't really ask much more than that.
