Grace Mroz, NPP

I cannot recommend Grace to anyone seeking help. She doesn't seem to care about her patients (at least in my case) and getting her to refill my prescriptions and send in a prior authorization form was such a headache. I don't think she really cares about working with patients, just writes a prescription and you're off.

Grace listened to what I had to say patiently and intently, and knew exactly how to best proceed for my particular situation. I can’t more highly recommend her. Excellent. Kind and caring. Receptionist was very friendly as well and made my brief stay quite comfortable.

I have been in mental health treatment for over 15 years and this is by far the worst provider experience I have EVER had. Grace not only never once made eye contact with me (fine, I really just needed someone to do medication management because I have a therapist), but what was not only inappropriate but borderline cruel was the fact that she failed to refill my medication TWO MONTHS IN A ROW! Have been patient of Grace's for at least 4 yrs now. She listens to what patients described as the issues, and discusses options for treatment, making diagnoses, meds, and any side-effects clear.

She is an amazing woman. I have alot of mental issues and I have been to many therapists and couldn't trust any because of my own trust issues but grace broke down that barrier.
