I saw Jackson twice at OrthoVA at Boulders in Richmond VA. Jackson is smart, courteous and accommodating. He listened to the problems I had with my knees and took action accordingly. He ordered 2 MRI’s, one of each knee. He connected in the portal timely. He took his time and gave his best assessment of my problem. Any practice would be blessed to have him on their team!
