Dr. Jane Kudlas, PHD

I have been a patient of Dr. Kudlas for over ten years. In this time she has been my fiercest advocate during medication management and can tell how I’m doing just by laying eyes on me. She is not afraid to call me out on my BS when necessary and she has never made me feel less than or weird or rushed in any of my appointments in person or virtual. If you see a therapist that you don’t jive with, switch! Dr. Kudlas is great and it’s not her job to fix your life but she does serve as a guide for people like me with depression, anxiety, bipolar, who need something stable and consistent in life. I was surprised to see two negative reviews for someone who has helped me and kept me alive for the last two decades and so I wanted to offer another perspective.

She is the worst psychologist ever. She will not take the time to find out what you are there for and pick your brain from the past and not give you an outlet for that. She will create more anger and not give you any advise. She only uses psychotherapy no cbt or other therapy's. She will not relate to you. Her license should be revoked and not allowed to practice anymore. I'm an adult and she made me sicker which took longer in my recovery to have a healthy life. Please do not go to this woman. You may commit suicide

I was transferred to this woman after my old psychologist left the practice when I was about 16 and she actually said to me she didn’t know what to make of me. I’m a male with severe anxiety and depression, but this “qualified” child psychologist had the gall to tell a teenager this. I was astonished and have found much better help since. Avoid by all costs.
