Dr Janelle is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgeable, very experienced, thorough, caring, diligent with follow up,& informative. She is the best medical professional I have worked with in a decade. I have several complex health matters and she has gone above and beyond to ensure these issues are resolved. I can’t say enough good about Janelle ( and her staff). She is amazing & I am very grateful to have her as my physician!!

Janelle is the only Dr. that I want to see. She has helped me improve my health exponentially. I’m grateful for her and her genuine support. But now she’s gone and I really need to find her because no one has ever cared about my health the way that Janelle does.

Dr. Janelle’s everything these reviews claim & so much more.. But you fall in love w/ her & are really on a roll working w/ her to improve your health then one day, she changes office locations, you’re kind of devastated but it’s not too hard to track her down. So happy to have her on my health journey again…..6 months’ish later, Dr. Janelle is gone again. I hope she’s not leaving because of me. Dr. Janelle, you could just tell me if you don’t want to be my doctor, you don’t have to keep moving offices.?

Dr Janelle Colangelo is the best doctor I've had in a long time. Her knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. Can't find a pleasant and caring doctor like her around here anymore. My family enjoys going and seeing her. But she has moved to another office. Would like to know where so my family can have her as our doctor again. Not the same without her. Janelle is the best doctor that I have ever had. She has the best bedside manners and she is so easy to talk to. She cares about her patients and she lets you know that she does. She is the best.

Hi there! I never leave reviews or remarks for products/services however I am very satisfied with Dr. Janelle’s services at Coachella valley care. She goes above and beyond when it comes to my care and quite honestly the other doctors I have seem like the don’t care about me! I was diagnosed and almost passed away from COVID-19. After being discharged from the hospital I needed many follow ups and after trying to work with the other doctors at Coachella valley care I just kept getting the run around even when it came time to filling my medicines the other doctors did it so late but doctor Janelle takes care of my medicines right away! From now on I will be requesting her when I need to make an appointment at Coachella valley care I really like her I just don’t like the service the main doctors at this office provide! Keep up the good work Dr Janelle and thank you for being passionate about what you do makes a huge difference for us!! :)

Never in my life, have I met a medical professional, as patient, caring, compassionate and understanding as Janelle. From the minute you meet her, she puts you at ease. She listens to your concerns/needs. She suggests treatment options and explains everything thoroughly. Never have I felt rushed or been dissatisfied with the level of care I have been given. Everyone in her office is top notch. If it were possibel, I would give 10 stars.

I began setting Janelle as she works for Dr Sam Lin who was my doctor for 15 years. Janelle is a wonderful practitioner who listens and provides pragmatic solutions and spends absolutely as much time with you as the practice parameters allow. I highly recommend her!

Janelle Colangelo is sharp on her toes. No, I mean literally. I was impressed and those who know me as a: Customer Service Queen are aware that I do not mince my words. She made me feel at home, as in: we already knew each other, even though We have Just Met! Now, that is some awesome set of Medical bedside mannerisms.
