He is great…..his work staff is terrible. Sat there 25 mins at appt time….no acknowledgement. When asked finally….told lady I had a 945 ….told her at 10. By 1015…I walked out.

I have been using Dr. Shack since about 1988, following him from multiple locations to currently at Walmart on Schillinger Rd., Mobile, AL. He is the best Optometrist I have found. My daughter has been a patient of his since she was about 8 years old and began wearing contacts at 10. His fittings for contacts has always been perfect (which is not always the case elsewhere from what I have experienced with 30+ years wearing contacts). My family and I highly recommend him for children and adults.
