Dr. John Gallagher, PHD

God made this man to be my therapist.

I would give 0 stars, if I could. John Gallagher's so-called therapy was a joke. I would not recommend anyone see him. I can not stress that enough. I have spoken to multiple people who have had similarly terrible experiences with John. He lacks honesty and moral character. He said one thing and then turned around and did the exact opposite in court under oath. In court he was made to look like a fool due to his lack of knowledge and understanding in his own field.

After several meetings with Dr. Gallagher, I began to feel so much better about myself. He gave me some strategies to help me as well as help my children when they were misbehaving! I would highly recommend talking to him!

I enjoyed Dr.Gallagher's approach, he is very informative and it made me feel very comfortable talking to him. There would be no question that I would visit him again.

John offers a no nonsense holistic approach. He thinks outside the box and makes time for his clients. I've seen him for some time and will continue for maintenance.

I met John during a trying time with my former husband. He struck me as a very “real” therapist,not the kind that asks you “and how does that make you feel?” sorta thing. As our couples therapy progressed, I felt more like I could benefit from John’s style of therapy more for my own sake as well. I saw this man first for therapy with my former husband, then for overcoming a traumatic miscarriage, and then a subsequent high risk pregnancy that left me anxiety ridden following that.The tools he left with me I will never forget and I can truly say have helped me not only with my previous struggles but everyday life as well.He has some GREAT one liners that will stick in your head when you’re feeling stuck where you’re at.He gets you in ASAP if you need to be seen.He gives you his cell for emergencies, and overall,INVESTS his true time/talent into helping you solve the issue at hand.I can say I have never met a therapist that I clicked with as much as John.He’s funny too!

Easy to talk to and interested in listening to what I had to say. He helped me to analyze and avoid confusion of my problems. He helped me understand my past and how it has shaped my future.

I felt he was unnecessarily rude and confrontational the one and only time I saw him, and it actually worsened my issue. I received much better help elsewhere.

We have been doing couple counseling with my husband and we agreed he wanted to put us down and he was rude and aggressive.
