She is friendly and easily available. I feel like she listens to my concerns - but I feel that her reliance on medication is too great. She seems unconcerned with getting to the root cause at times. I will continue to see her for urgent care issues, but I prefer a different approach in determining treatment for ongoing issues, i.e. menopause, thyroid management.
