Care was good but we specifically requested an annual physical when we booked and yet were billed over $400 for talking about typical well-visit type issues. We even confirmed that with Julie when we left the appointment, that this was a Well Visit, and yet when we contacted Park Nicollet about the bill (and they reached out to her), we were met with extreme resistance. After fighting it for six months we gave up and paid the bill. We will never use this practitioner again nor any Park Nicollet-affiliated practitioners.
