I felt very comfortable with her our first meeting. She listed to me, gave me a suggestion and didn't push me out the door. The staff is pleasant, the office clean and organized. The last doctor I had didn't look me in the eye. She looked down at her tablet most of our office time trying to find our last conversation. I don't like talking to the top of a head.

Juliet Lee really took her time with me to explain everything and listen to my concerns. She didn’t dismiss anything as trivial. Additionally, I was met with incredible kindness in the office. This is the first time in my adult life that I felt like a doctor truly had my best interests in mind.

She had the receptionist call me back to move my appointment. I accommodated her. I was told my appt was at 2:45pm. Day of appointment, as I’m leaving, I get a call saying it’s at 2:15. I was late by 15 minutes only to be told she wouldn’t see me. Very disappointing.
