Disappointed with this care provider
Telehealth
I was disappointed by having a Telehealth appointment with this healthcare provider. I explained to her that I had been suffering pain in my right ear for about ten days & asked her if she would please provide me with antibiotic ear drops until I could get an appointment with an ENT Specialist. She said, no. She suggested that I go to urgent care. I didn’t think that she was very empathetic or helpful.
