Poor Patient Services
I had to email her for my test results. Diagnoses were emailed to me in a message and not even explained at all. Nurse refused to allow me to speak to Ms. Ernst to ask questions and instead said that she didn't have time to talk with me. The nurse explained that I needed to make an appointment. Very poor patient service and no information given.
