Kay Butchko was the therapist that changed my mind about therapists and therapy. She is honest, knowledgeable, patient, sincere and thorough. I cannot say enough about this incredible lady; she helped me through a difficult time in my life, helped me find my inner strength and peace, and to this day, I still use the tools she taught me to control anxiety and stress.
