Kelly Zukowski, APRN

The practice was taken over by MSPB which is a corporate healthcare MSO. Kelly is booked all the time. She is very nice and knowledgeable. As I was leaving the office I overheard her berate the receptionist in the front and she made it clear she did not want or have anything to do with a patient who was seeking a sick visit. I was mortify and felt sorry for the person who needed help as well as the young lady working there. I thought to myself if that was me and my provider acted this way towards me then I wouldn’t want this person to take care of me. The care she provided for me was ok not the best but it made me feel better for the moment. I will be seeking another provider who is more respectable towards their patients. Kelly is a NP only and I would benefit seeing a MD for my condition

My televisit with Kelly NP. Here are the reasons I found this to be a highly effective outcome; 1. I had the opportunity to clearly communicate my current health concerns when submitting the appointment request, which was then carefully reviewed by an assistant prior to my visit. (This alone is priceless; how many times have I given my full effort and attention to carefully answer a written medical history and dutifully given it to the office staff, who dutifully put it in a stack of required papers in my file, only to be asked again by the MD who has obviously not given it a moment's glance before meeting with me?) 2. The assistant contacted me by phone the day before to clarify and connect my information submitted to relevant questions so the Nurse Practitioner would not need to use valuable appointment time sifting through it. 3. The visit itself allowed me and the NP to use our notes to exchange information and next steps in terms of immediate, medium range and long term planning.

First consultation with Kelly Zukowski was today and it was informative, detailed and beyond professional. Impressive vast knowledge of Diabetes and educational summary of the effects of nutrition and diets that can help with care of diabetic patients. Empathetic and caring demeanor was a breath of fresh air from a medical provider here in Florida. Looking forward to follow up in three months.
