She might be a good counselor for someone, just not for me. I found her method of intake questioning very triggering. I told her this, and asked for a gentler approach. She was against changing. I asked if I could start opening up about the issues in my life and why I think they were bothering me. She answered "That's not how therapy works." I still can't get over that line. Oh, and she twice offered appointments at times I had stated I was unavailable, which kind of indicates poor listening skills. By that time I just laughed it off and moved on.
