The last time I saw Dr. Clark for a yearly visit, she told me apropos of nothing that I should go on a diet so as not to gain more weight. I had gained about 15 pounds over the course of a year due to starting a sedentary job and still had an average BMI. I said I would exercise more and she recommended I not do that and instead follow the whole 30 diet which would have left me with no protein options as I am vegetarian, which I told her, and she ignored. After exercising more and keeping my eating habits the same, I lost the weight. I would not recommend you see her if you are overweight as I worry your health issues would be ignored or chalked up to your weight even if unrelated. If you are of average or low weight you will probably be listened to better and she was not a bad doctor in other respects, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.
