Fantastic Provider
I have been a patient of Dr. Kettinger since 2017 (from a recommendation). Since then I have recommended her to several people, and now my entire family goes to see her. She is always very thorough in the exams, asks questions, and has always been spot on with diagnosing an issue (first visit diagnosed my gallbladder issues, and set up referral for next steps (which ended up in a much-needed surgery). The staff are all super friendly and make you feel welcome. Sam always has a greeting and smile for you at the front desk when you walk in. I have only had a long wait one time in the years that I have been going there - usually wait is no more than 5-10 minutes, but Dr. Kettinger always apologizes if she is running behind.

Dr. Kettinger is great! She really gets to know you as a person and not just another patient being hustled through, prescribed a couple Rxs and out the door. She also listens and will talk about various options for what is going on and if Rxs are not the best option, tell you that, which is quite refreshing.

She provided me with excellent care. She is extremely knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. She also let me talk a good bit & i could tell she was really listing. Lindsey is the best GP I've ever had & i hope she never leaves because I doubt another practitioner could be as precise & warm as she is

My 1st appt. with Dr. Kettinger was nondescript. She listened, but offered no feedback. She gave me a PX that I'm allergic too, clearly stated in my file. My 2nd appt. was one month later. I was excited because I had lost 7lbs and naturally brought my blood pressure down to normal #'s. The info from the first appointment was never entered, there were no #'s to officially compare my progress. I waited 30 min. past my appt. time to see her and had to leave (without seeing her) due to my schedule.
