Lisa was absolutely amazing in the birth of my second child. She made me feel empowered, reassured, calm and in control. She let me take the lead but offered advice when asked. My birth was enjoyable and memorable because of her.

During labor and delivery as a FTM, I was very unsure of what to expect. Lisa was rude, condescending, & unprofessional. She said to me very rudely during contractions, “Look, it’s going to get a lot worse than this!” Obviously, I know?! She also forced rupturing my membranes without my consent. I wanted to kick her out of the room! I was so thankful that she was due to end her shift before the pushing phase began. She is awful and St. Elizabeth should be ashamed for keeping her employed there
