It's been a while since I have visited Lisa. There was an issue with my insurance carrier but I would highly recommend Lisa for your therapist. She is very insightful. I don't like a therapist who just sits there waiting for you to speak but at the same time I don't want to spend the whole hour just listening. In that respect Lisa will be very interactive with you and you will feel like she really cares about the well being of your mental health. I would definitely recommend her.
