From day one, Lisa was wonderful with me, and she helped me with my weight-loss journey. I had been unable to lose weight after several surgeries and weight-gaining meds, but after just one year with Lisa's program, I lost nearly 50lbs!! I love her motivational teaching and ongoing education she provides throughout the program. I still am enrolled in the program and have maintained my goal weight for 5 months! I couldn't be happier with my results, and I highly recommend Lisa Murphy for anyone seeking help in their own weight-loss journey. She truly cares and treats you like an individual. You will not be disappointed.

I have been seeing Lisa Murphy for a little over 8 Months. As a larger person, it has never been easy to develop a productive relationship with a medical professional who sees excessive weight/ obesity as a moral failure or a result of being lazy. There was never any conversation around habits/ diet that was remotely shaming- she really wanted to understand what works for me and my lifestyle to make recommendations for diet and medication tat would work in the long run. She discusses all options and does a very good job explaining the pros and cons of each. I see her for medication management (not surgical) and have had great success. Her entire office staff is extremely professional as well. If you are struggling with your weight, I highly suggest making an appointment.
