Marilyn is an excellent Np. She listens to you and acts on your concerns. Marilyn makes sure you are involved in decisions about your care. I have not had any trouble reaching Marilyn when necessary. I will stay with Marilynas long as possible.
I must also mention how wonderful Rhionna Sunday NP is. I’ve seen her many times whenMarilyn was not available. The office staff is fantastic and caring. I couldn’t find a better office for my needs. Kathy Case

This concerns the handling of records by staff members. We received a bill for my husband showing he was treated by Marilyn Dippold when, in fact, he was treated by Rhiannon Sunday. When I questioned a staff member, she answered "We do this all the time" and "it doesn't matter." I should think it would be very important to have the CORRECT provider listed on the bill and charged appropriately per provider. This was an inadequate and erroneous explanation. Marilyn is the best. Her front desk staff (Victoria) leaves a lot to be desired. Ignores patients at times. Seems very busy with computer work and at times does not acknowledge patients entering the office. She replies curtly to patients.

I have been seeing Marilyn since she was with Dr Olvey and made the decision to stay with her when she opened her new practice. Marilyn is professional and very personable. She always makes great referrals when a specialist is needed. Great office staff and easy to schedule emergency appointments. Office appointments are usually spot on time!
