Not a marriage counselor
Dr. H can probably help you with your compulsive behavior, but don't expect him to help you navigate your relationship. He did very little to address the real relationship problems (communication, co-depency, emotional responsibility, boundaries) Instead, he enabled my ex to dive even deeper into her Inner Victim. Do not recommend.

Doctor Hedelius really helped us with our lgbt child who was struggling with coming out and transitioning. He did a fantastic job.
