First time at an audiologist - didn't know what to expect, but was surprised at Dr Moore's professionalism, down to earth attitude, and willingness to talk through all alternatives with regard to hearing aids. No more than 10-minute time. Absolutely recommend Dr Moore for anyone who requires professional diagnosis and after-action recommendations.

My experience with Melissa Moore-Schmitt and Advanced Hearing Systems was totally positive. I had zero wait time and once I was in to see the audiologist she was super nice and down to earth. I was able to communicate vanity concerns about wearing hearing aides and she helped me find a comfortable set that was as small as possible. Also, she has a great sense of humor and really put me at ease.
