Horrific admin experience, starting with the frontline doctor (Mr. Perry) heading for the door before my questions were answered. I was incredulous! His comment: I have many clients in rooms waiting for me. No photos taken. Surgery was needed, yet after waiting a full week for AD to contact me with an appointment for surgery (cancer, not elective!) I finally phoned to make the appointment. I then spent a gruelling several days chasing the documentation required for aproval by them and getting final acceptance less than 1 day before the scheduled surgery. Neither my PCP nor insurer (Humana) were at fault. On a positive note the surgery went very well. However there was no offer for a follow-up visit (we're talking about a serious cancer), and not even a post-op. appointment; no bandages or vaseling provided as the nurse said I just needed to go to a pharmacy to purchase them.

I arrived early to my appt and was taken back to the exam room promptly. Dr Perry was very pleasant, took care of my issue and explained all options of future care. I’m very satisfied with my visit.

Fast easy check-in. No wait past my appointment time. Condition and treatment were explained throughly. Treatment was easy and fast. A+ Recommend.

I think Mr Perry should’ve given me a prescription for pain before I left the office. The procedure itself was very good.

His nurse Aprile Morrison needs to improve her attitude - she is rude and very hostile. Makes people not wanna go back. Why do this job when you have such an awful personality. I could tell that because of her Perry's demeanor changed too - but at least he tried to be nice. Overall after my visit I would not recommend the place due to the nurse.

Mike Perry, his Nurse and the other staff members were all very friendly and professional. Mike Perry was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say and discussed everything he thought we should do in detail. I was very pleased with my visit and with Mike Perry as my provider.

Haven’t had a chance to talk to doctor.

I do not feel a connection with Dr. Perry. It seem like he is going through the motions. When the associate stuck the needle in my cheek I was not prepared for the pain in that area. The hand was painful but not like in the cheek. I do not like you are charging 3% for credit card usage. Did to see sign on door because someone held the door for us.

Everyone there was very nice and professional.

Mr. Perry is always spot on, polite, considerate, and caring.

Didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. Dr. Perry & nurse were very polite & thorough.Only drawback was the room being so cold--especially when you're sitting there with only a paper gown on.

Mike and his assistant were very detailed.

Dr Perry listened to my concerns and addressed them. Dr Perry made me feel comfortable as a new patient. RN was very good with numbing injections!

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Office is very close to my home which is an automatic plus. PA Perry is cordial, professional, answers all my questions, and vey knowledgeable.
