First visit to this location. Staff was cordial and efficient; Michelle, the Doctor's Assistant who treated me, was professional and considerate. However, I waited for 10-12 people ahead of me to be called in. May or may not have been standard procedure for this office. I was called in 40 minutes after my appointment time. When I mentioned this, I was told that they were short-staffed and that overbooking wasn't a standard protocol. Will give them the benefit of the doubt for now, but will revisit Reviews after next visit...

I was happy to receive a next day new appointment!! The scheduling assistants were excellent!! Unfortunatel, my issue was not resolved and I didn't feel the engagement that I expected. But, she did give me some one suggestion that I will try.

The staff were warm and inviting and check in was simple on an I pad!! The nurse and PA we’re awesome and very through and explanatory not to mention a simple procedure was handled while I was there!!Painless, quick and efficient!!

Stood at a distance. Said I had keloids and nothing she could do for me. Acted totally disinterested and guarded, like she didn’t want to touch me to the point where I wanted to say, you are working with skin. I had a particular area under my eye I was concerned about because in the past I had gotten a silver nitrate treatment for what the then Dr said was precancer cells to which she then looked at it and said she could spray the nitrate there if I wanted, which she did and the area looks much better, which I remind you she said I just had keloids and there was nothing she could do about that. I have multiple skin issues. Thought I was coming in for a full body assessment which she said I would have to schedule at another time but with this experience I can’t imagine I would get a thorough exam. What happened to professional thorough patient experiences ? Debating whether to come back for body exam after this.

Horrible bedside manners. Would not answer my questions until asking numerous times. Provided a service without making sure the insurance coverage would apply, so I was blindsided by a fee that I was not expecting. She was so rude and snooty!

Never had a negative experience. I'm confident with her medical decisions regarding my health.

Very straight forward and to the point, came in and did what was necessary in terms of diagnosis, etc, welcoming, helpful, and informative. Highly recommend!!

It was great service and on time Not much more I can say. I wish she had seen the place by my noise and another one on. My arm to make sure it nothing to worried about. I had for got to point it out while there.

Very pleasant people. The intake nurse was very professional and accomidating. We saw Michelle Sanson, PA-C. She was very professional and ranks up there with the PAs and Doctors I have seen at other locations in (Yale-New Haven-Smilo Cancer Center) in CT, where I was treated before for Melanoma.

The doctor appointment was good. I had and still have Rx issues that they will not return a phone call or email. I have left two voicemails and two emails.
