Arrived on time and was met with her scheduler (Mandy) who greeted me with a friendly smile and confidence that all would go well. Michele Caldwell was very professional and thorough in her interview of me and provided extremely positive information concerning what was going on. Thorough and confident, she asked the necessary questions and provided positive feedback to me. I would highly recommend her to my friends if the requirement occurred. I was grateful for the information she provided and now look forward to my procedure without and concerns. Thank You for your professionalism.

I had been referred to Gastroenterology Associates for follow-up on results of a HepC blood test. I was extremely concerned about what I might be told and a bit apprehensive. Michele was so helpful, empathetic and genuinely caring and took the time (nearly 40 minutes....unheard of in this day & age!) to thoroughly explain what to expect if the next test were to come back positive. She put me at ease immediately. Michele is a true medical professional who cares!
