Michele Selover, MALLP

I first met Michele Seliver during a life crisis. She didn't make me feel like a failure, out of control, helpless or like a drama queen. She helped me talk through my issues and consider alternative responses. She's engaging, calming, very friendly, very easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. She makes me feel it's ok to be me. I don't feel judged or condemned. I feel empowered and in control of my responses now. She's very careful not to do what our friends innocently do, which is give the, 'well this is what you should do', or 'if I were you I'd do', advice. I appreciate that. She helps guide you to make the best and healthiest decision for yourself and family.I really can't say enough wonderful things about Michele Selover. I've seen over several years, and she's helped me through each life struggle, as well as daily stresses and anxiety triggers.
